Motherhood changes everything—but you don’t have to navigate those changes alone. This month’s meetup is all about the real stuff: the identity shifts that come with becoming a mom, the challenges of carving out time for yourself, and the small, meaningful ways we can begin to reclaim rest and self-care. But most importantly? It’s about sitting in a room with other moms who get it. Sometimes, just showing up, saying something out loud, or hearing “me too” is the most healing part.
