Family in the Kitchen
Family in the Kitchen
I am SO glad we got to come to the class. It was so amazing to feel heard and rethink what I originally wanted for my birth. It definitely brought me and my fiance closer together on this journey. Thank you so much for this beautiful class and answering all our questions.

Program Overview

This program is cohort-based, meaning you will meet with the same group of expecting couples for 3 in-person sessions across about 3 weeks. You will also have at-home learning to help you fit all of the important information and conversations into a busy schedule.

  • Three In-person sessions help you build community with other expecting couples and allow for hands-on practice at our Brighton, MI center.

  • Online resources allow you to access information whenever you want and review before and after birth as needed.
