Fourth Trimester

Postpartum Support & Community Groups

We were never meant to do postpartum alone.

Weekly drop-in classes and groups for new moms and babies — lactation support, mom & baby yoga, peer circles, and our six-week New Mama, New Baby Series. Come for one, come for them all.

New mother holding her baby

if any of this is you

"I love my baby and I've never felt more lonely."

"I don't know if what I'm feeling is normal."

"I just need to be somewhere I can be a person, not just a milk machine."

You're not broken. You're a human being doing one of the most demanding things a human does. Come sit with us.

From mamas in our circle

You don't have to take our word for it.

The Wednesday circle was the only place I felt fully seen during those early months. I walked in exhausted and left feeling like a person again.
Maya R.

I came for the lactation help and stayed for the friendships. My baby is six months old and we still meet up every week.
Jess K.

I cried at my first class. Nobody flinched, somebody handed me tea, and another mom held my baby. That's when I knew I'd found my village.
Allison T.
