Laura Correa
Yoga Instructor
Laura is deeply passionate about nurturing the sacred bond between mother and child through yoga. Her teaching philosophy centers on using mindful movement to cultivate joy, presence, and connection in each moment. She supports mothers in reconnecting with their own bodies, gaining strength and relaxation, while also helping their children explore movement and body awareness in a playful, loving way.
Practicing yoga since 2010, Laura has discovered the profound power of breath as a bridge between mind, body, and spirit. These transformative experiences led her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training. After welcoming her son in October 2024, she felt called to create classes for mothers and their little ones—from infants to toddlers and beyond. She is currently pursuing a 150-hour postnatal and children's yoga certification and has already completed training in child and adult safety.
Whether guiding mamas, children, or both, Laura leads with heart and intention—holding space for growth, empowerment, and deeper connection on every level.
