Katherine Pfeiffer

Maternal and Infant Mental Health Therapist

Katherine is a compassionate perinatal mental health therapist dedicated to supporting women and families through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. With specialized training in maternal and infant mental health, she helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, birth trauma, infertility and loss, relationship challenges, and the identity shifts that often accompany this season of life.

Katherine’s therapeutic style is warm, relational, and rooted in a deep respect for each client’s unique experience. She draws from evidence-based approaches including person-centered, attachment-based, and psychodynamic frameworks to create a space where parents can feel truly heard and supported. Her work focuses on deepening self-understanding, building resilience, and fostering meaningful connections with oneself and others.

In addition to her clinical work, Katherine is passionate about raising awareness of maternal mental health and the importance of compassionate, relationship-based care during the perinatal period. As both a professional and a parent, she brings empathy, curiosity, and a depth-oriented perspective to help clients feel seen and supported throughout these meaningful life transitions.

Katherine accepts BCBS PPO, BCN, and private pay.
