Dr. Navpreet “Dr. Nav” Conn is a Webster Certified chiropractor and co-owner of Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness Co., a leading family wellness practice serving Fenton, MI and surrounding communities. She specializes in gentle, specific care for pregnant women, infants, and children, while also supporting athletes and active families who want to perform and feel their best.

She has extensive training in supporting mothers seeking a comfortable pregnancy and preparing for a smooth birth experience through optimal pelvic alignment. She also works closely with infants experiencing challenges such as oral ties, torticollis, feeding difficulties, and colic. Dr. Nav is proud to work collaboratively with many local midwives, IBCLCs, pediatric dentists, physical therapists, doulas and more. 

She is passionate about helping families live healthier lives by focusing on the function of the spine and nervous system. As a mother of two boys, she understands firsthand the importance of proactive, holistic healthcare for growing families. Her mission is to educate and empower her community to take a proactive approach to their health so they can live with less pain, better function, and greater vitality.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Navpreet enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Kyle, their two sons, and their dogs.
