Can't find a group class that fits your schedule? This private session allows going through the material at your pace and tailoring the birth prep information to your specific preferences and questions. We recommend meeting in-person at the Brighton office to practice some of the breathing and comfort measure techniques in-person, but a virtual session can be scheduled if needed.
